Graff and Bateman investigate the disappearance of a businessman who went missing from a boat party. During the investigation, Graff and Bateman got a call that the body has been found and identified. Similar to New York City Police Department Major Case Squad Detective Robert Goren, Graff picks on intricate details of cases and uses similar interrogation techniques as him.
