Henry Phillips is a serial rapist who targets elderly women and would steal the identifies of several different men to avoid getting caught.
History[]
He would work as a nurse, chef and orderly as leverage to rape and sexually assault elderly women in nursing and retirement homes. Phillips would always steal false IDs from other men to cover his tracks. After two victims and the children of several other victims came forward, they mention that their attacker's name was "Dan" which later pointed to Phillips. Eventually, Phillips was arrested for rape in the first degree and imprisoned. (SVU: "Mama")
