Sergeant Henry Rhodes is one of three officers who abandoned Officer Rich Newhouse to die in a shootout after finding out he was gay. Rhodes and Sergeant Jack Harley harassed Newhouse and Officer Craig McGraw for being closeted gay officers at their precinct.
Rhodes, Harley, and Officer James Davis were tried for second degree murder, but were all acquitted in court. (L&O: "Manhood")
