Hilary Erhard Duff is a singer and actress who portrayed Ashlee Walker on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Selfish".
Duff is probably best known for her role as Lizzie McGuire in the TV series of the same name (with Robert Carradine) and in film roles such as Terri Fletcher in Raise Your Voice, Casper Meets Wendy (with Cathy Moriarty), in Agent Cody Banks (with Angie Harmon), the 2003 version of Cheaper by the Dozen and its sequel (with Piper Perabo), and A Cinderella Story. She also had a singing career, during which she released hit songs such as Why Not, Come Clean, and Fly.
From 2015 until 2021, she starred as Kelsey Peters on TV Land's longest-running original comedy-drama series Younger (with Sutton Foster, Debi Mazar, and Peter Hermann), for which she has received nominations for People's Choice Awards in 2016 and 2017. She went on to star on the show How I Met Your Father.
