Ian Belsky is the bodyguard of Eric Wise who murdered Luis Morales.
History[]
After Randall met with Wise to set him up for the murder, Frank Cosgrove and Jalen Shaw arrested Belsky for Luis' murder as his gun was the same one that murdered Luis. Belsky then tried to make a deal with Nolan Price and Samantha Maroun. Price then denied the deal but Belsky then told him that they should give him 10 years and he will testify against Wise. Jack McCoy didn't approve of the deal but Price believed that Wise is more of a threat to society than Belsky. McCoy then tells Price to make the deal with Belsky and try to convict Wise of murder.
Belsky then testifies at Wise's trial and claims that Wise ordered him to murder Luis. Belsky then claimed that Wise paid him the following day. Wise's attorney, Sanford Remz, tries to make it seem as if Randall ordered Belsky to murder Luis but Belsky denied the accusation. Later, Price and Maroun discover that Wise's housekeeper may have heard Wise order Belsky to murder Luis. In the end, Belsky was sentenced to ten years in prison for the murder and imprisoned.
