Detective Isabelle Chang is a detective with the Community Affairs department who crossed paths with the Organized Crime Control Bureau during the Jennifer Lee murder case.
She is a determined detective who initially starts a rift with Bell at the crime scene where Jennifer Lee was murdered but the two women quickly reconcile their differences and, alongside Stabler, Slootmaekers, Reyes and Whelan, investigate the murder case.
