Jack Fatalli is a Gambino family crime boss using dirty cops Wayne Dumar and Bob Cerullo and accounting couple Phillip and Valerie Messick for money laundering, racketeering, and drug and gun smuggling.
Cerullo killed Dumar when Cerullo got greedy. When the FBI was closing in, Fatalli sent Jay Fleckner to kill the Messicks, only murdering Phillip. Valerie ordered Cerullo to kill Fleckner in revenge, then sold Cerullo out to be in charge of Phillip's position.
With confiscated evidence from the murders in FBI custody being used to build a case against Fatalli, his legal fate remained unknown. (L&O: "Family Friend")
