Jade Chen is the conspirator of drug dealer Felix Tinga, who fathered her daughter Giana.

History[]

She locally supplied a fabricated imitation of "Purple Magic", a popular hallucinogenic party cocktail. Two of her biggest customers were Piper Thomas and Despina Johnson, who would drug men, mostly wealthy ones, gang-rape them, and rob them.

They came under investigation when the bad batches starting killing the men, with Jade repeatedly appearing in security footage where the two women were spotted. Jade was arrested once she was given up by the pair and was told to rat Tinga out, using the evidence and carnage in the case as incentive. In a more careful approach, the detectives appeal to Jade's motherhood and insist her daughter Giana is better off in a safer setting than exposure to the trade. With that, Jade takes the plea and gives up Tinga's base, leading to the larger ring also being dismantled.
