Jalen Brooks is a gay, black man who was drugged and sexually assaulted repeatedly by political donor Kyle Swanson. When Swanson was on trial for murder as a result of drugging and sexually assaulting other gay black men, Jalen came forward ready to testify.
However, during the trial when he was called, he suddenly disappeared. When the detectives couldn't find him, they brought another living victim of Swanson, Andre Walker, to testify, which was successful for a conviction. It's unknown what happened to Jalen. (L&O: "Wicked Game")
