Jamie Hector (born October 7, 1975 in Brooklyn, New York) is an American actor of Haitian descent who portrayed Jean Marchier in the Law & Order season 11 episode "Burn, Baby, Burn" and as Doc in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit season 3 episode "Justice".
Hector is perhaps best known for his role of Marlo Stanfield on HBO's The Wire (including Deirdre Lovejoy, Lance Reddick, Andre Royo, Sonja Sohn, Michael K. Williams, Wendell Pierce, John Doman, Michael B. Jordan, and Gbenga Akinnagbe among others) He also appeared as Tony Sands in a 1997 episode of New York Undercover.
In 2014, Hector began starring in the Amazon TV series, Bosch as Jerry Edgar, a detective and partner to the titular character Harry Bosch, played by Titus Welliver. Hector remained a part of the series starring cast across its seven season run with Lance Reddick, Paul Calderon, Jeri Ryan, James Ransone, Michelle Hurd, Erika Alexander, and Ryan Hurst. He later reprised his role in the Bosch spin-off, Bosch: Legacy.
In 2017, Hector appeared on the USA drama Queen of The South as Devon Finch, in six episodes of season 2.
