Janey Speer is a seventeen year old teenager who is in a romantic relationship with a man named Greg Hartley.

Janey was born with a genetic condition called Turner syndrome, which resulted in her looking much younger than her age would suggest. Because of her stature she was often bullied by other students but was protected by a close friend of hers.
She went missing on a school excursion and was found with Greg, who she claimed she was in a romantic relationship with.
Due to her appearance looking younger than she is, Janey's parents suspected Greg of being a pedophile taking advantage of her and demanded he be charged. However, due to Janey being the legal age of consent, the case was dismissed, and Greg was cleared of any suspicion, allowing the two to resume their relationship. (SVU: "Clock")
