Janice Raleigh is a woman who subjected her disabled sister Cara to constant physical and verbal abuse, doing so out of jealousy due to Cara's former career as a singer. Janice was briefly suspected of the rape of her sister, but was later cleared. She received five years of probation for the abuse, as Cara wanted to show her mercy, but power of attorney over Cara was transferred to Janice's son and Cara's nephew, Damien Woods. Janice threatened Cara in retaliation, but Damien wheeled her away while Cara glared at her in a defiant goodbye. (SVU: "Disabled")
