Jason Matthew Biggs is an American actor who stars on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as Detective Andy Parlato-Goldstein.
He is well known for his roles as Jim Levenstein in the American Pie film series (with Natasha Lyonne and Eddie Kaye Thomas) and Larry Bloom on the TV show Orange Is The New Black (with Taryn Manning, Kate Mulgrew, Selenis Leyva, Nick Sandow, Natasha Lyonne, Jessica Pimentel, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Laura Gomez, Samira Wiley, Pablo Schreiber, Abigail Savage, Kimiko Glenn, Joel Garland, Laverne Cox, and James McMenamin). He also provided the voice of Leonardo on the first season of the 2012 animated TV iteration of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (with Sean Astin and Mae Whitman).
