Jason Karr is a serial rapist who was castrated by three of his victims: Evelyn Bundy, Julie Wade and Nora Galen.

Jason first raped three teenage girls during the summer time and gave them a present to remember him and their summer experience. After the victims saw Jason at the bar, they castrate him and leave him for dead. He is shocked at the thought of being a victim when Benson and Rollins interview him. After his assailants are arrested, they tell the SVU that they were sexually abused by him. He is taken to trial in a conflicted case, but however, the jury shows no sympathy and finds him guilty, to which he is then incarcerated. (SVU: "Contrapasso")
