Jeffrey Moran is a serial rapist who assaulted several gay men.
Moran targeted several gay black men who were married to women. He was later caught by the Special Victims Unit after being accused of raping singer Mathis Brooks. However, Brooks was lying about being raped, which severely hurt the case. Thanks to one of Moran's victims telling the Special Victims Unit what Moran did to him, Moran was imprisoned for sexual assault. (SVU: "Down Low In Hell's Kitchen")
