Jeffrey Sobchak is the head director of Silverhammer, a private military contracting company for mercenaries and bodyguards. The company lost millions in a lawsuit where Tessa McKellen represented them, leading to 50 soldiers being fired. Walter Inman, who had a history of domestic violence, was one of them, and when Tessa found out her husband Linus was having an affair, she had Inman stalk the two women she suspected, then ordered Inman to kill them and frame Linus as payback.
Realizing the killer had to have scaled the high rises and breached through the window, Silverhammer was found in the companies files. Sobchak, a retired commander for Delta Force, was interviewed, and despite Sobchak trying to wait for a warrant from the courts, Inman was found looking like the most likely candidate for Tessa's proxy crimes.
