Jennifer was a crucial witness in her rape case, knowing the name of her rapist which was vital to know before the statute of limitations expired. Unwilling to give the name of her rapist, she was put into a women's detention facility until further notice.
Despite Benson's pleas with Jennifer to give her rapist's name, Jennifer refused. It is unknown whether Jennifer was eventually released after Harvey was caught. (SVU: "Limitations")
