Law and Order

Jennifer "Jenny" Rochester (née White) is a retired prostitute and rape victim of Drew Lamerly, as well as married to tycoon Angus Rochester.

History[]

In her youth, Jenny was a prostitute and worked a brothel. When the wealthy Candace Lamerly brought her grandson Drew to the brothel Jenny, she'd instruct him to rape them, so he'd grow to dominate women to be stronger man. Jenny was one such woman, being hired to take Drew to prom in school. She enjoyed the event, as it made her feel like it was her own prom after being given a dress and picked up in a limo. When making out in private as part of her job, Drew suddenly snapped and snarled "I'm not paying you to enjoy it, bitch" while hitting her before ripping her dress and raping her. She filed a complaint with the school board. Although no charges were pressed, Drew was expelled from the school.

Traumatized by her ordeal, she later stopped her prostitution and met married a wealthy man named Angus, starting a family with him in the process, which was the improvement she needed in her life. She never told her husband nor any of her new friends of her past.

Privilege[]

When SVU Detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson questioned Jenny, she confirmed she was raped, but said she'd deny everything in front of her husband. The detectives later sought her out again when Drew was on trial for rape and murder so she could testify.

When Jenny refused, Angus revealed he knew about her past sex work when he did a background check on her, but never told her for years out of love; this convinces her to provide her account to the Manhattan precinct. It was there she reveals to the detectives and her husband about her assault by Drew and denies his father bringing him to the brothel. She soon implicated his grandmother Candace who arranged the rapes.

She proudly attends the trial to see Candace's breakdown and Drew's livid attempt on A.D.A. Cabot, leading to both their arrests. (SVU: "Privilege")
