Jerome (surname unknown) is the clerk at the Barrington Hotel where teenage Catholic student Lisa Downey would often offer services of prostitution so she could use the money for all she wanted. Even Jerome knew her by name with how many times she frequented the premises.
Jerome was questioned when Lisa was found murdered, and when her sexual activity paired with her friend Angela Agnelli was tracked from online dating to sex for personal favors. Jerome remembered a man specifically asking for Lisa regularly, eventually revealed to be Lisa's doctor Derek Tanner. Tanner was later found shot dead himself, which led to sorting through numerous suspects to secure arrests. (SVU: "Hooked")
