Law and Order

Jerry Bullard is a man who was swindled by the twin grifters Cassandra Davina and Doug Loveless. He is also the prime suspect in Doug's murder.

History[]

Jerry and his wife Jane Bullard frequently visited a swingers' club. Jerry fell for a certain woman Cassandra. Cassandra had told him of the trouble with her jealous "ex-boyfriend", Doug who subsequently threatened Jerry. However, Jerry didn't back down and threatened Doug to back off, which successfully charmed Cassandra. Soon, Jerry showered Cassandra with lavish gifts, after withdrawing money from his wife's account and daughter's college funds. This frustrated his wife, and she ended up getting drunk and stabbing him. He survives and wakes from his coma, telling his daughter he loved someone else before he immediately started accusing Jane (who came to beg forgiveness) stabbing him. He claims she was jealous of his relationship with Cassandra.

After she is charged, Jerry had his lawyer represent Cassandra and posts her bail. It turns out Cassandra and Doug work together to con men out of money and a DNA test reveal they are actually twin brother and sister and also lovers, with the SVU informing Jerry. Although disturbed, Jerry still wanted Cassandra, though decided to give her one final gift. He bailed out Doug, lured him to his home, and stabbed him in the chest while his guard was down. After Doug's body was found by the detectives, Jerry immediately admitted to committing the crime. He stated he did it so that he and Cassandra could be together without Doug's interference, hoping to win Cassandra over. His hopes were dashed when Cassandra rejected him and immediately began mourning for her brother and lover. Jerry was presumably arrested for his crime and is likely serving a life imprisonment for murder.
