Jessica Dillon was a professor at Hudson University who supported Heather Manning with reporting her sexual assault. The big problem was Dillon convinced Manning she must have been gang-raped due to her being passed out at the time and multiple students being present.
It was revealed only one frat boy, Connor Howell, among all the frat boys present is definitively the one responsible for raping Manning while she was drunk. Unfortunately, due to Manning's campaigned image being based off her gang-rape allegations for the ensuing movement, it destroyed the credibility of her case, and all accused, including Howell, were released from custody, Howell never being tried and Manning being left traumatized.
