Jessica Walcott is a woman who was harassed at a bar by the same stalker, Rodney Marsh, only to be raped in her car when she left.

Marsh was staved off from her at the bar by her and other patrons, harassing her for the umpteenth time, then "said goodbye" to her by tracking her outside. Jessica was certain Marsh raped her after stalking her incessantly.
However, Marsh's DNA didn't match and instead matched to Nick Brown, a member of a "rape gene" support group believing he inherited a predisposition to rape. Brown took a plea for a sentence reduction in exchange for giving up a serial rapist in the group, Sam Dalton, a.k.a. "The River Rapist". (SVU: "Genes")
