Jimmy Beltran is the father of infant Kyle, who was starved to death by negligence of him and his wife Amy Beltran. Jimmy buried Kyle in the backyard of his family’s house, but when the Beltran’s shared apartment was found to be covered in blood, the couple was tracked and arrested.
Jimmy was given a plea to conspiracy and accessory charges in exchange for testifying against Amy for manslaughter. Amy argued Jimmy was primarily responsible for Kyle and killed him, but the judge presiding over the bench trial convicted her anyway. (L&O: "Mother's Milk")
