Joe Chin is a sergeant who assisted the Special Victims Unit with the Evelyn Lee case.
History[]
Chin helped in an undercover operation to arrest Evelyn Lee and her accomplices as well as rescue all of Evelyn's sex workers. He then helped with getting Lily Song to agree to testify against Evelyn, however Lily committed suicide after Evelyn sent her a picture of her mother with a gun to her head.
Alongside Rollins, he also arrested wealthy sex traffickers Arthur and Christine Chang who were also heavily involved with Evelyn's sex trafficking work. (SVU: "Counselor, It's Chinatown")
