Joe Lo Truglio (born Joseph Vincent Lo Truglio in December 2, 1970 in Queens, New York City) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order in the episode "Turnstile Justice" as a policeman.
He went on to star as NYPD Detective Charles Boyle in the comedy series Brooklyn 99 (with Andre Braugher). He also appeared as Neil in the film Wet Hot American Summer (with Michael Showalter, Elizabeth Banks, Bradley Cooper, Janeane Garofalo, Christopher Meloni, and Zak Orth).
