Joe Templeton Jr. is one of the rapists of Kelly D'Leah with a history of being a "favored", unpunished serial college rapist on campus due to a father, Joe Templeton, Sr., having influence over the university.
Background[]
Jr. was a frat boy with a reputation for being a player among students and always wanting women to woo and get sensual with. What many people really knew that wasn't let to be common knowledge is what Jr. enjoyed the most is drugging women with GHB, pulling their hair up when they passed out, leaving hickies on their bodies, and raping them while they were unconscious.
One student, Mandy Schumacher, was raped after she hit Jr. for making a pass at her. When she realized the truth from being pregnant, which she aborted, she went to the university disciplinary committee, with the other women Jr. raped as witnesses for her. Jr. had his father and frat brother Hank Ludlow, but that was enough for a slap on the wrist of probation.
Kelly D'Leah heard the rumors, so she taunted Jr. in careful mocks to keep him at a distance. He still wanted more, so he planned to rape her too, recruiting ex Tess Michner, who hated D'Leah and blamed her for Jr. dumping her., and sorority sister Jodie Tomlinson. Michner manufactured GHB using her biochemistry teachings, and Tomlinson spiked D'Leah's drink using an eye drop bottle, the two sisters laughing about "getting even" with the "love potion".
When D'Leah was sedated enough, Jr. ordered the two women and Ludlow out to "hit another home run" and raped D'Leah the same way. She woke up crying, frazzled, and having vomited, student Wally Parker, who had a crush on her, seeing her in her condition. She kissed him to try and heal herself from the rape she went through, which Parker took as a "signal" to also rape her while she was intoxicated. Jr. infected D'Leah with gonorrhea, and Parker's semen was left in her perineum.

When D'Leah passed out in some grounds bushes and two joggers called the EMS to rush her to the hospital, she was terrified, confused, and shocked. Her roommate Dana Kimble brought her a new change of clothes and supported her. Tracking her tome back to the night at the frat house, SVU finds out about Jr., suspecting him from his usual ego. They don't have direct evidence to hold him, but they find out about Schumacher, her complaints, and the other women who testified to being raped by Jr. as well.
Having the grounds of the GHB, semen, and STD, Jr.'s arrested and warranted to give up a sample, especially since rae is recidivism after his previous conviction for possession of ecstasy. It doesn't match, leading the detectives to search the circumstances of the night. Kimble is crucial to pointing to Michner and Tomlinson for the drugs, and Ludlow's a witness before the rape occurred. They also find Parker and he makes a confession to the rape he committed, regretfully lamenting he was too overcome with his crush to give notice to her being drugged.
D'Leah testifies in court and talks about the trauma she went through from being raped and coming to realize it. Then the four college students all testify and are cross-examined, demonstrating the evidence that plays out the timeline of the night.
Jr. and Parker are acquitted of rape off "not knowing" about the GHB, with Michner and Tomlinson being found guilty of drug possession. But Jr. and Parker are both expelled from the shame and obscenity of the two students the university can't handle. D'Leah worries after court she might be pregnant because she never took the morning-after drug.
