Law and Order

Joey Fatu is a former member of the Sons of Samoa gang and the silent partner of pro surfer Trevor Knight, who married Fatu's ex-wife Deena. They worked out a business deal where Fatu would get a fair cut while Trevor was starting a tour yet again. To this end, Trevor wanted Del Broadleaf, another surfer, out of the competition and sent Fatu to his shop to harass him into backing down, but Del refused.

Fatu was suspected when Trevor was murdered and his safe was emptied of 100 grand. He was guilty of ransacking the RV of Trevor's cannabis store employee Toomey and attacking and threatening him, then trying to keep a woman named Tracy Mathers, whose car was outside Trevor's store when he died, at bay at her home when the cops arrived and she was swinging a lamp. Fatu was tased and collapsed on Tracy before being arrested. He revealed his harassment of Del and it was Del who led detectives to the Moon Bay Crew, the real killers behind Trevor's murder.

It is unknown what Fatu's legal stats ended up being. (LA: "Harbor City")
