John Blanchard is an ex-con paid by justice Joel Thayer to partake in a harassment conspiracy. Targeting Thayer's mistress Janet Rudman, after Thayer threatened her daughter twice, Blanchard was paid 20 bucks to take 20 grand from a drop spot as part of trying to get Janet back.
Blanchard was arrested and swiftly identified from his past. Once he ID'd Thayer, he took a plea for conspiracy in exchange for his testimony. (L&O: "Censure")
