John DiMaggio (born on September 4, 1968 in North Plainfield, New Jersey) is an actor who guest-starred as a bartender in the Law & Order episode "Charm City". He is currently married to Kate Miller, who has guest-starred across the Law & Order franchise.
DiMaggio has had a number of prominent voice acting roles, including Bender on Futurama, Marcus Fenix in the Gears of War video game series, and Jake the Dog on Adventure Time (with Hynden Walch) and the game MultiVersus (with Daniel DiVenere, Matthew Lillard, and George Newbern). In live action, he played Steve Ballmer in Pirates of Silicon Valley (with Josh Hopkins and Joey Slotnick).
