John Phillip Stamos (born August 19, 1963 in Cypress, California) is an American actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Bang" as Ken Turner.
Stamos is best known for his role as Jesse Katsopolis on the TV show Full House and the latter's sequel series Fuller House (with Bob Saget). He is also known for his roles on the TV shows General Hospital, ER (with Maura Tierney and Scott Grimes), Grandfathered (with Paget Brewster), and Scream Queens (with Abigail Breslin and Keke Palmer) along with the show Thieves (with Robert Knepper). He is married to Caitlin McHugh, who also guest-starred in the same SVU episode as him.
