John Samuel Waters, Jr. (born April 22, 1946 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Dance, Lies and Video Tape" as a pornmonger man.
He also guest-starred on two episodes of Homicide: Life on the Street as different characters; and is also known for his roles on Pecker, Seed of Chucky, Hairspray, and Serial Mom.
