Jolie Henderson is a student at Aaron Burr High who was the crush of Sunshine Academy student Cesar Ramirez. Ramirez was targeted by some of the Aaron Burr students out of jealousy, so Jolie was used as bait. After the two of them met, Cesar was bludgeoned and set on fire, the murder recorded on phone videos.

After Jolie was questioned by police, three of the killer brutally beat and gang-raped her out of retaliation. She was afraid to report them, and the school principal, Woodside, didn’t want her testimony to tarnish the campus’ rep, which imprinted on Jolie during cross examination.

Eventually, one of the killers, Abel Dolan, the only one not guilty of raping Jolie, confessed and got himself and the others to take pleas. (L&O: "Boy on Fire")
