Jon Kosta is the founder and leader of the Albanian-American Kosta Organization. He is considered extremely dangerous and kills anybody who betrays him or gets in his way of committing crimes.
History[]
After suspecting that there was a rat in the organization, Kosta sliced off the tongue of a member and pinned the tongue on the wall. He also ordered Reggie Bogdani to assassinate a politician named Teddy Garcia, but Bogdani accidentally shot Teddy's wife, Diana, which got him arrested. Albi Briscu offered to continue the job and assassinate Garcia and promised Kosta that he wouldn't make any more mistakes. (OC: "Unforgivable")
Kosta attempted to flee from the bombed gym by an ambulance which was surrounded by the police. Kosta managed to escape the ambulance and attempted to run by foot and jump on a boat. When the boat ditched him, Kosta was caught up by Sergeant Ayanna Bell and Detective Elliot Stabler and was arrested. Kosta seemed impressed with Stabler for fooling him. (OC: "Ashes To Ashes")
