Dr. Jordan Delbert is a fertility doctor allegedly responsible for inseminating numerous women at his fertility clinic with his own sperm. He cut back on supply costs, skated around legal liability as the biological father, and even sabotaged a couple's plan to conceive a child for a transplant to their first child who was dying.
The prosecution tried to convict him on numerous charges, from fraud to second-degree murder, but nothing stuck conclusively. Delbert's legal status is left ambiguous. (L&O: "Seed")
