Jordan Owens was a teenage alcoholic who was supplied alcohol by Lillian Rice, the mother of one of her friends, Becca. Unknown by Becca, Lillian and Jordan were having sexual relations, which was caught by Benson, Stabler and Becca.
After being given several chances by Elizabeth Donnelly to stay sober, Jordan was killed in a drunken car accident alongside his friend Reagan Michaels, whom he was driving home from the library, after once again being supplied alcohol by Lillian, which resulted in Lillian's imprisonment.
