Joshua Berger is a Jewish man who accidentally killed black-American boy Damon Fox with his car in Harlem. After he turned gimself him, he received a reduced sentnece of community service.
The black communtiy in New York City was outraged, Reverend Ott being the loudest voice of the unrest. When Isaac Roberts beat John De Santis to death, Berger was subpoenaed, and he admitted he was racist on the stand. Robert's was eventually released due to a hung jury. (L&O: "Sanctuary")
