Joshua Hensley is a therapist responsible for raping two of his clients, then getting engaged to one of them, Lana Stallworth.

Hensley used his position as a therapist and added manipulative charisma to get Lana and Kitty Bennett to let their guards down. Both of them were violently raped in sudden attacks, Lana in her home Hensley helped her pick out and Kitty during a session. Afterwards, Hensley silenced their testimonies by lying that they were "sending signals" and continued to maintain relationships with both women, eventually proposing to Lana. At the altar, Kitty crashed the wedding by bringing her objections, accusing Hensley of rape and being the father of her unborn child. Kitty and Lana got into a clash, so the police were called and both women were separated.
When the investigation was too slow for Kitty, she broke into Hensley's home and confronted him, holding him hostage with broken glass from a bottle. SVU barged in and a stand-off commenced between them. Kitty voiced anger, revealing she got pregnant from her rape and demanded Hensley confessed but he stuck to his story of being innocent. Once Kitty reiterated the very language Hensley used, with Lana as a witness. Lana was horrified, apologizing and also accusing Hensley of rape. After Lana gave her account, Hensley was arrested while in disbelief the ladies turned him in. Trying to glorify the rapes he committed, the detectives just degraded Hensley by saying everything was over for him and dragged him away.
Hensley was found guilty of rape, witness tampering, and obstruction of justice and was imprisoned. (SVU: "Dearly Beloved")
