Juan Domingo is an arms dealer and a murder. Domingo killed a rival arms dealer, which was witnessed by classmates Kevin Parker and Ricky Morales. Domingo shot and paralyzed Ricky to silence him, so Kevin tried to shoot Domingo to save his and Ricky’s lives. Kevin accidentally killed a boy named Angel Ramirez from a stray shot.
Domingo was arrested on improper gun storage charges, and with a promise of a reduced federal prison sentence and federal informant work, he agreed to testify. But while he was involved in a gun sting, the partners of Kevin’s father Ted, a retired NYPD cop, shot Domingo to stop him from endangering Kevin and getting him imprisoned. (L&O: "Kids")
