Justin (surname unknown) is the ecoterrorist boyfriend of FBI informant Haley Kerns. He was a member of environmentalist group Cause. Cause was the front for a local chapter of Earth Defenders Group, a terrorist organization Haley was sent to spy on but instead became radicalized by.
History[]
Justin began dating Haley, after she was inducted into the group by the feds. She found herself swayed by Justin, becoming radical to their motive while lying to her handlers. Justin was suspected when Haley was raped and brutalized, her head also being shaved. He was distraught by this news and denied the allegation, however, he refused to submit DNA to clear his name. He correctly deduced the feds might used this to implicate himself in other crimes.
Justin was cleared of suspicion when Haley personally killed the real rapist, Zander Owens, Haley's ex she turned in on drug charges. Haley was later killed when she went rogue and joined the EDG. Justin was arrested and imprisoned for his efforts of an attempted bombing organized by his terrorist superior, Andy Dell. (SVU: "Informed")
