Law and Order

Justin Jennings is a subordinate of Annette Cole at her company, Luscious Grape, which she opened with Ellen Sazelin.

History[]

Jennings and the other employees found out Sazelin was recording Cole's furious outbursts that abused and terrorized the employees of the company and was planning to release them. Working alone, Jennings tried to plead and incentivize Sazelin in her apartment to destroy or hand over the tapes so the team could keep getting rich off Cole's profits and payouts. When Sazelin still refused, Jennings sexually harassed her to try and allure her, but she fought back. Jennings gave her a shove back, but Sazelin lost her balance, after tumbling in the struggle, and landed on a vase, which broke and lodged a shard of glass in her neck.

Instead of calling for help to save Sazelin, a panicking Jennings covered up his crime by anally sodomizing Sazelin with a bottle still holding alcohol, so it would directly enter her bloodstream and increase her blood alcohol levels, a trick he learned from his disabled, retired opera singer mother, Letitia, who would get drunk by that means to prevent her voice from being lost.

Jennings is with his other employees in refusing to report Cole's harassment and abuse, and he's horrified when she kills herself in front of witnesses to leave one lasting scar on them in a petty but violent attempt at a guilt trip. But he's officially suspected of Sazelin's murder when Melinda Warner figures out her anal sodomy and blood intoxication.

Detectives Elliot Stabler and Olivia Benson confront Jennings at his apartment and he confesses but explains it was an accident. He is arrested while Letitia calls for him. He is found guilty of second-degree murder and imprisoned. (SVU: "Bully")
