Justin Kirk is an actor who played Eric Plummer in the Law & Order: Special Victims Unit episode "Wrath".
He is known for portraying Prior Walter in Mike Nichols's acclaimed screen adaptation of Angels in America, for which he was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Miniseries or a Movie. Kirk is also known for his portrayal of Andy Botwin on the series Weeds (with Guillermo Díaz, Martin Donovan, Hunter Parrish, Alexander Gould, and Tonye Patano). He starred on the Showtime dramedy series Kidding.
Kirk currently stars as Hamilton Burger in HBO crime drama series Perry Mason (with Chris Chalk).
