Justin McTeague is a teenager sexual abuse victim of child predator and doctor Gilbert Keppler. McTeague previously accused an innocent man of the molestations and ruined his life, but he recanted his allegations and then named Keppler as the molestor. Keppler was investigated and eventually arrested while molesting another boy, Bradley Hicks.
McTeague testified at Keppler's trial and got the predator convicted. Keppler filed a lawsuit about the SVU taking too much time in the case, only to be murdered later by another victim, Jeff Lynwood. (SVU: "Lead")
