Keith (last name unknown) is the classmate of Scott Heston, the murderer of Heston's friend Riley Cuskey, who was in a relationship with a woman Heston wanted, Denise Pikering. Keith was paid by Heston to run into Pikering after finding out she was an adult and committed statutory rape on Cuskey and Heston. She didn't die, but her leg and jaw were broken, and Keith was tracked down by the license plate of his father's car.
When Keith was arrested and confessed, he was found guilty of vehicular attempted murder and conspiracy and imprisoned. (SVU: "Pretend")
