Keith Vaneshun is a child pornographer and the statutory rapist of Karen Raye.
History[]
After a friend posted revenge porn of an ex-girlfriend, Vaneshun and he received emails from pedophiles with more demands. They were producing nude photos and other child porn, whether the victims were under the influence of roofies or not. It started with their girlfriends, but they found other children when the predators put their demands in. Internet currency was always the payment to prevent the cops from tracking them.
Vaneshun met a teenager named Karen Raye and dated and had sex with her. When they fell out, Karen lied that he raped her, and she didn’t have a shred of consent. When the truth came out, as Karen’s mother was extremely disturbed and possessive of Karen, Vaneshun was released only with a warning. When tracking internet predators led back to Vaneshun, who was holding imagery possessed by and lending his phone to predator Harry Waters, he was interrogated, and he confessed to his crimes. He cooperated as much as he could to offer other pedophiles in the network that tracked his uploads.
Vaneshun was later found guilty on numerous counts of child sexual abuse and producing and distributing child porn and faced hefty consecutive prison sentences. (SVU: "Chat Room")
