Kelly AuCoin (born February 14, 1967 in Hillsboro, Oregon) is an actor who played six different characters on Law & Order, Law & Order: Criminal Intent and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
He plays "Dollar" Bill Stern on Billions (with Corey Stoll, Maggie Siff, Frank Grillo, David Costabile, Condola Rashad, Jeffrey DeMunn, and Daniel Breaker), and played Pastor Tim on The Americans (with Noah Emmerich, Susan Misner, Richard Thomas, Dylan Baker, and Margo Martindale). He has recurring roles on several other American television series, including Hercules Mulligan on Turn: Washington's Spies (with Ian Kahn and Michael Gaston), and Gary Stamper on House of Cards (with Michael Kelly, Elizabeth Marvel, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Jayne Atkinson, Larry Pine, Reg E. Cathey, and John Doman).
