Ken Howard (March 28, 1944-March 23, 2016) was an actor who guest-starred on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in the episode "Cage" as Dr. Arlen Rieff.
He is best known for his portrayals of Thomas Jefferson in the musical drama film 1776 and Ken Reeves in the TV show The White Shadow. He also starred on Crossing Jordan (with Jill Hennessy, Miguel Ferrer, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, and Lorraine Toussaint).
