Kendall "Ken" Jackson is a basketball star, a serial rapist, and the murderer of Lauren Ford.

History[]

Jackson is an iconic star basketball player, as well as a rapist of women he wanted to dominate and possess in the hopes of turning them toward giving them what he wanted. The first women he’s confirmed to have attacked is his wife, Tiffany Jackson, who he attempted to rape at gunpoint when they were high school sweethearts. Jackson gaslit Tiffany into marrying him and dropping the charges but was abusive to her throughout their marriage. It didn’t stop Jackson from orally raping Hope Newhall at a college part at knifepoint, then raping reporter Diane Harris at gunpoint when he lured her to a hotel room. The college threatened Hope with illegal drinking charges if she reported, and Diane took a million-dollar bribe from Jackson that Tiffany personally wrote a check for.

Jackson then came across Lauren Ford, a woman troubled by bipolar disorder with a history of suicide attempts. It’s implied Jackson either started an affair with Lauren and eventually raped her, or he raped her with yet another ruse. Either way, Lauren called Tiffany and threatened a report, so Jackson went to Lauren’s apartment and shot her dead, disguising her death as a suicide. Jackson schmoozed Tiffany again by buying her a seven-carat ruby on a ring. Rex da Silva jumped at the opportunity to take Jackson’s case, coaching Tiffany into “devotion” to Jackson and making Jackson releasing a public statement admitting “infidelity” and avoiding any chance the prosecution could get his DNA. However, posing as a fan, one of the investigators got his sample anyway.

The team found the other women Jackson raped, as well as the report Tiffany filed for attempted rape, but the defense argued smear campaigns and no charges being followed through with to discredit everything. Lauren’s psych records were introduced in the interest of additionally portraying her death as a suicide. Tensions were rising badly between Jackson and Tiffany, the former even hitting the latter in an argument. The defense was desperate enough to even consider a plea, but in spite of consideration also by the prosecution, the offer was rejected.

Jackson was found guilty of second-degree murder and was imprisoned. (L&O: "Pattern of Conduct")
