Kendra Daniels is a woman who killed a police officer named Detective James "Jimmy" Doyle.

History[]

Kendra found out that her sister, Regina, was seeing a much older man named Scott Gleacher. As a result, Kendra approached Scott with a weapon, threatening to murder him if he kept seeing her sister. Kendra and Scott were then approached by Doyle who then started chasing after Kendra. As a result, Kendra shot Doyle and left him to die.

When Bernard and Cosgrove questioned Regina about Doyle's murder, Kendra was there and desperately wanted Bernard and Cosgrove to leave. The squad then found out that Kendra met with their prime suspect, Scott, the night that Doyle was murdered. Bernard and Cosgrove approached Kendra about her encounter with Scott and Cosgrove arrested Kendra for Doyle's murder.

Kendra was taken to trial for Doyle's murder and was represented by Brian Harris. Kendra tried to argue that she murdered Doyle because she was afraid that Doyle was going to murder her because she thought he was racist. Harris also tried to argue that Doyle was racist which is why he chased after Kendra instead of Scott. In the end, Kendra was found guilty of manslaughter in the second degree and was imprisoned.
