Chief Kenny Moran is the chief of detectives, who has crossed paths several times with the Major Case Squad.

While Moran was playing poker with other members of the NYPD, Moran gets a phone call and receives news which causes him to stop the game. Moran speaks to Ross, Goren and Eames about the high stakes of their investigation into Manny Beltran and warns them that they better fix it. (CI: "Amends")
