Patrizio Kenneth "Kenny" Silva is a Gulf War veteran and a murderer. He killed anti-war protester Brian Teague for using Kenny's motion for a memorial for his son Matt as a chance to condemn the Afghanistan war, which Matt was killed in.
The jury was sympathetic of Kenny's plight and acquitted Kenny of murder, and they hanged on the charge of manslaughter. Kenny was subsequently released. (L&O: "Veteran's Day")
